He leads Audit & Assurance Practice plus the Direct Tax practice of the firm. He has gained rich experience in Business process restructuring and implementing Internal Control systems for large corporate clients.
Apart from this, he advises clients on International Taxations and Transfer Pricing matters including structuring Cross Border transactions.
He is the Author of various editions of the renowned book “SERVICE TAX SIMPLIFIED” & “GST SIMLIFIED”.
